| Server | Offshore Linux VPS on KVM virtualization: each VPS runs its own kernel, with full root access over SSH |
|---|---|
| Resources | vCPU are shared CPU cores; the RAM and the NVMe disk space of your plan are reserved for your VPS |
| Network | Every VPS has one dedicated IPv4 address and IPv6. Traffic quotas count outgoing data per 30-day period; over the quota there is never an automatic extra charge. Port: 1 Gbit/s; IPv6: a /64 |

| Billing | Every 30 days from a prepaid crypto balance; no 3-, 6- or 12-month minimum |

| KYC | No KYC: no ID, no selfie, no documents, no card, no phone number |

Three offers sit below our prices, and each one fails a rule of the comparison:
One more caveat: Kyun, the reference at KVM 1 and KVM 2, has no fixed plans. If only fixed published plans count, the KVM 1 reference is VSYS Host at $5.00, and our $3.08 is further below it. Every low offer is ranked in what is the cheapest offshore VPS.
Low prices come with limits. We list them before you pay:
A VPS is paid 30 days at a time from your prepaid crypto balance. A VPS is paid for 30 days at a time from your prepaid crypto balance. With auto-renew on, it renews from the balance; if the balance does not cover the next 30 days, the VPS is suspended at the end of the period, its disk is kept for 7 days, then deleted. There is no 3-, 6- or 12-month minimum.
Reboot, reinstall and delete are requested from your dashboard and carried out by the team; a reinstall erases the disk. If a VPS cannot be set up, or does not run and support cannot fix it, the days it did not run go back to your balance. Balance never expires. Top-ups are not paid out unless the law requires it; the part added only to reach the minimum top-up comes back on request within 30 days of payment, in USDT or USDC, as long as it is unspent. The details are in can I get a refund on an offshore VPS.
The minimum top-up is $25, paid in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC. When a plan costs less than the minimum, checkout sets the top-up to the minimum. The rest stays on your balance and pays the next renewals.
Credit on your balance does not expire and renews any of your VPS. When a top-up is only made to reach the minimum, the unspent part comes back on request within 30 days of payment, in USDT or USDC. The rest of a balance is not paid out unless the law requires it. Incoming payments are checked against public sanctions lists of blockchain addresses; a payment from a listed address is not credited. A walk-through for each coin starts with how do I buy a VPS with Bitcoin.
No. Amsterdam (Netherlands), Reykjavik (Iceland), Zurich (Switzerland) and Bucharest (Romania): every plan in every location, at the same price. Choose the country for its law, not its price. Amsterdam and Bucharest are inside the EU; Reykjavik is in the EEA but not the EU; Zurich is in neither. In every case, OffshoreKVM is run by DomaineGoat LLC, a company registered in Panama, and answers only to Panamanian law. The datacenter that houses each VPS is in its own country and follows that country’s law.

You open an account with a number, top up in crypto and deploy a VPS from the balance. No form asks for your name, an ID or a card.
Top up $25 or more
Choose the amount and the coin (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC). The crypto amount and its rate are locked for 30 minutes.
Send it to the address shown, on the exact network
The payment page shows our deposit address for the coin and network you picked: BTC on Bitcoin, USDT on Tron (TRC-20) or Ethereum (ERC-20), USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20), ETH on Ethereum, SOL on Solana, LTC on Litecoin. Send only that coin on that network: funds sent on another network or in another coin can’t be recovered. The network fee comes on top of the amount.
Send the exact amount shown, then click “I’ve sent the payment”
Each top-up has its own exact amount (down to the last decimals): that is how we find your payment and link it to your account.
Credited once your payment is checked on the blockchain
Your balance is credited once we have checked the transaction on the blockchain, after the network has confirmed it. Typical network confirmation times:
| Crypto | Network | Confirmations | Usual time |
|---|---|---|---|
| BTC | Bitcoin | 2 | ≈ 20 min |
| USDT | Tron (TRC-20) | 20 | ≈ 1 min |
| USDT | Ethereum (ERC-20) | 12 | ≈ 5 min |
| USDC | Ethereum (ERC-20) | 12 | ≈ 5 min |
| ETH | Ethereum | 12 | ≈ 5 min |

When a top-up is only made to reach the minimum, the unspent part comes back on request within 30 days of payment, in USDT or USDC. The rest of a balance is not paid out unless the law requires it.
