What OffshoreKVM keeps, what it never logs, what stays in your browser, and when records are handed over.

**Quick answer — What does OffshoreKVM keep about me?**

No logs: no connection logs, no traffic logs, no IP addresses of visitors or customers, and no record of how you reached the site beyond a referral code, if the link you followed carried one. We keep only what running your VPS and billing need: your account number and optional email, your orders and top-ups (amount, coin, network, transaction ID, date), and each VPS’s name, plan, location, system, SSH public key, IP addresses and dates. We do not control the datacenter’s own network equipment. Records are handed over only on an order of a Panamanian court. An email address is kept only if you add one. OffshoreKVM sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising scripts, and it never asks for ID, a selfie or documents.

## 1. Who is responsible for your data

DomaineGoat LLC, a limited liability company registered in Panama, runs OffshoreKVM and is responsible for the data described here. The [terms of service](https://offshorekvm.com/terms/ "OffshoreKVM terms of service under the law of Panama") name it as the seller. Privacy questions go to support@offshorekvm.com.

## 2. No logs

No logs: we keep no connection logs, no traffic logs and no IP addresses of visitors or customers, on the website, the dashboard or the VPS.

Your IP address reaches our servers with each request, as on any website. It is used to answer that request and, in memory only, to limit the number of requests; it is never written to a log or a file. OffshoreKVM does not control the datacenter's own network equipment, which follows the law of its own country.

## 3. What we keep

The table lists each record OffshoreKVM keeps, why it exists and where it comes from, including what you send with an order.

| Record | Why it exists | Where it comes from |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Account number | To sign you in and link your orders, balance and VPS | Created when you open an account |
| Email address (optional) | To send your account number back if you lose it | Only if you add one |
| Top-ups: amount, coin, network, date and the transaction ID (TXID) | To find the payment on the blockchain and credit it | You, and the public blockchain (sender and amount hidden for Monero) |
| Orders and balance movements | Billing, renewals and refunds | Your orders |
| Each VPS: plan, location, system, IP addresses and dates (created, renewed, suspended, deleted) | To run, renew and bill the VPS | Your order and our team |
| SSH public key and the VPS name you choose | To create or reinstall the VPS with your key | You, at checkout |
| Referral code, if the link you followed carried one | Sent with a top-up to record where the order came from | The link you followed |
| Dashboard language | Sent with a top-up so the team knows your language | Your browser |
| Support emails | To answer you | Emails you send us |

## 4. What we never collect

- No KYC: no ID, no selfie, no documents, no card, no phone number.
- No name, postal address or date of birth: no form asks for them.
- No card or bank details: payment is in crypto only.
- No private SSH key, root password or account number by email. Nobody from our team will ever ask for your account number, your root password or your private SSH key, by email or in a chat.

## 5. Cookies and browser storage

OffshoreKVM sets no cookies. The website and the dashboard load no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and the fonts come from OffshoreKVM's own server.

Some features keep small items in your browser's storage. They stay on your device until they expire or you clear them, except where the table says they are sent.

| Item | Where | What it holds | Sent to OffshoreKVM? |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Language choice | Website | The language you picked in the menu | No |
| Session | Dashboard | A sign-in token that keeps you signed in, removed when you sign out | Your account number goes with each dashboard request, over HTTPS |
| Account and payment copy | Dashboard | Your account number, optional email and language, and your top-ups (reference, amount, coin, network, address, status), so a payment page survives a reload | Already on file |
| Pending top-ups | Dashboard | Top-ups not yet received by our server, sent again until it accepts them | Yes, until accepted |
| New account number | Dashboard, this tab only | A new account number until you confirm that you saved it | No |
| Dashboard language | Dashboard | The language of the dashboard | No |

On a shared computer, sign out and clear the site's data when you finish.

When you pay in BTC, ETH, SOL or LTC, the payment page asks a public price service for the US dollar rate: Coinbase first, then CoinGecko if Coinbase does not answer. The request carries no cookie, no referrer and no account data, but the service sees your IP address, as any website does. USDT and USDC are priced at one dollar and need no such request.

## 6. Payments and public blockchains

Crypto payments are recorded on public blockchains. With BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL or LTC, the amount, the time and the addresses of a transaction are open to anyone, which is why a top-up's transaction ID ties it to the whole history of the paying wallet. For Monero, a public explorer shows neither the sender nor the amount; we still keep the transaction ID you declare, and our records still tie your account to its orders and to the IP addresses of your VPS. On every coin we take except Monero, the address a payment comes from is looked up on public sanctions lists of blockchain addresses, and a payment from a listed address is not credited. A Monero payment hides that address, so the lookup has nothing to compare. No card or bank processor is involved. The guide on [how to buy a VPS with Bitcoin](https://offshorekvm.com/how-to-buy-a-vps-with-bitcoin/ "Pay for an offshore VPS in Bitcoin, step by step") shows each payment step.

## 7. Email address (optional)

An email address is optional. Your account number is how you sign in, so store it carefully. With an optional email on file you can recover it; with no email, a lost number is gone for good. With an email on file, the dashboard's recovery page sends your account number to that address. If you write to support, we keep your email address and your message to answer you.

## 8. How we use data and who receives it

We use the records above to run your account, create and renew your VPS, credit payments, answer support and handle abuse reports. We do not sell data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Records are handed over only on an order of a Panamanian court. DMCA notices and other foreign demands receive no data. The page on [can an offshore hosting provider be forced to hand over my data](https://offshorekvm.com/can-an-offshore-host-be-forced-to-hand-over-my-data/ "When an offshore host must hand over customer data") explains the limits of that rule. It also covers the datacenter's own network.

## 9. How long we keep data

- **VPS disk:** a VPS that is not renewed keeps its disk for 7 days, then the disk is deleted. A deletion or a reinstall that you request erases the disk.
- **Browser items:** until you sign out or clear them, as section 5 explains.

## 10. Your choices

You can use OffshoreKVM without an email address. You can delete each VPS from your dashboard, which erases its disk. For any question about the data on your account, write to support@offshorekvm.com with an order reference (ORD-…), never with your account number. The [OffshoreKVM pricing page](https://offshorekvm.com/pricing/ "OffshoreKVM plans and prices per 30 days") shows what an order contains before you pay.

## 11. Security

Your account number is your login, so store it in a password manager. Root access over SSH with your own public key; password login is off by default. Keep your private SSH key on your own device: nobody at OffshoreKVM needs it.

## 12. Age

Accounts are for people aged 18 or over. OffshoreKVM does not knowingly hold data about anyone younger.

## 13. Changes and contact

We can update this policy. The date at the top shows the version in force. Privacy questions: support@offshorekvm.com.
